The way they handle customer, shouting from the other side of the room (security) not aporoaching guest and ask them nicely but shouting from across the room..
Customer service staff very rude in explaining things, like she didn't want to be there..unhelpful and rude..
All in all we need bpjs service but the staff need to call for emergency hospitality training ASAP
Public services like this? A big no no..they got paid by our tax money and they treat us like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont see the point why we need to wait until 10 am to call out. The Security who handled the line was talking too fast and didn’t really want to hear the customer response. We all have to wait outside , with physical distance protocol however few people didn’t really bother about the distance anymore since they had to wait to be call by the officer. Does it has to be difficult to come to the government office like this BPJS? What is the point for WNI like to pay taxes every year whenever I come to government office always has this kind of treatment? The service should be faster to handle all of us. Otherwise there will be more people to comeback and wait in the room. Due to this covid situations they shouldn’t make us wait and gather . Kindly advise please. Seriously
