★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harusnya datang jam 5.30an, itupun sudah dapat no antrian 5.. Jangan lupa siapkan berkas Asli & fotokopi, harus lengkap.. Kalau tidak disuruh pulang, ngantri lagi besoknya..
It should have arrived at 5.30, and even then it had got queue number 5 .. Don't forget to prepare the original file & photocopy, must be complete ... If not told to go home, queue again the next day ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan uda ramah, tp suka ngehang komputernya, ak sudah bolak balik 3 kali, pertama krng syaratnya, krng pagi, uda brngkat pagi ngehang komputernya. Sampe akhirnya pindah d klaten lancarrr ?

Tadi berangkat dari rumah jam 05.00 nyampe sini sekitaran 06.anlah ..ternyata oh ternyata..udah banyak yang ngetem disini... Padhal itu bukanya jm 08.00 auto ngantri lama demi dapet noantrian...
Selain itu yah min,saya akui untuk motor*nya tertata rapi.. Disamping itu untuk toiletnya berr.... Gak bersih ada botol dibawahnya abis itu ada putung rokok
Saran aja nih ya... Sebaiknya dikasih no.antrian jadi yang duluan datang langsung dapet no antriannya, sampe yang dateng telat minta duluan (judak'an)..hello,enak bener yak... Semua orang juga ngantri kali,,kalau bisa utamain minimal tempatduduklah buat bumil kasihan tadi ampe duduk blesotan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, dilayani dengan baik. Memang sudah berkali-kali kesini untuk mengurus, namun demi verifikasi berkas yang baik dan benar tak masalah. Yang penting sudah dijelaskan dengan baik oleh pihak BPJS. Dapat fasilitas coffe corner, mushola, toilet. Dll.
Friendly service, well served. It's been here many times to take care of, but for good and correct file verification it doesn't matter. The important thing is well explained by the BPJS. Get coffee corner facilities, prayer room, toilet. Etc.
