Siap sedia 24 jam. Salut!
Berkunjung kesini, baik rombongan maupun mandiri bersama keluarga, selalu disapa ramah oleh petugas yang berjaga. Termasuk membawa anak kecil yang sekedar ingin memegang truk pemadam kebakaran (Damkar). Bahkan, boleh juga naik keatas kendaraan besar tersebut.
Petugas juga memberi kejutan! Meminjamkan baju khas pemadam ukuran anak. Wah, wah sueeneng.
Bagi sekolah setingkat TK, bisa datang rombongan ke tempat ini. Bisa juga mengundang petugas sekaligus membawa truk pemadam ke sekolah yang menginginkan. Caranya, dengan mengajukan surat permohonan ke kantor pelayanan.
Terpenting, catat/simpan nomor telepon yang tertera di badan truk ya. Sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan bisa langsung menghubungi.
