those who want to buy more than 10 servings can order first, usually separated in the pan itself ... unless the 1 / 2portion must be substituted it's been a long time here ??

Cukup anda lihat foto mangkok saya. Habis sisa serat serat besar saja. Makanan ini menurut saya cocok kalau jadi lauk pakai nasi. Rasa rempah pedasnya cocok buat saya yang lidah jawa timur.
Just look at my bowl photo. Only the remaining large fibers run out. In my opinion, this food is suitable as a side dish with rice. The spicy spice taste is suitable for me who has an East Javanese tongue.

Harganya sendiri cukup terjangkau, sekitar tujuh ribu rupiah per porsi. Nb: tempatnya agak masuk dari jalan pantura. Jika Anda membawa mobil, parkirnya hanya bisa di jalan seberang warung (persis pinggir sungai irigasi). Harap datang sebelum jam makan siang karena biasanya botok cepat habis.
Talking about botok, means talking about a portion of typical Central Java food that has a savory taste. The texture and aroma of grated coconut is its own characteristic. Botok is usually sold in markets or stalls as a side dish for breakfast or lunch. A variety of botok eventually emerged over time, from the most commonly served botok tofu and tempeh, to the rare bee and crab-based botok. Pemalang also has one type of botok that is quite unique, the name Devil's Botok. This food is identical to the Comal area which is about 20 kilometers away and can be reached within half an hour's drive from the city center. As the name implies, this culinary offers a spicy sensation and is suitable for you lovers of dishes rich in chili. The name Mak Isah became the pioneer of Botok Setan. He created this culinary and has been selling it since 1945. His business has now entered the second generation and was carried on by his grandson and his wife, right after the death of Mak Isah a year ago. They both maintain and process recipes passed down from generation to generation, and also manage the shop. Botok Setan is a soupy dish, slightly different from the usual botok which is served by steaming. It looks similar to vegetable lodeh at a glance. A bowl of botok contains a piece of tofu, a few pieces of tempe bongkrek or tofu dregs, as well as sliced melinjo leaves and young corn. When tasted, the spicy taste of botok sauce immediately hits the tongue. The cooking process carried out in a wood-fired stove makes the aroma very pronounced. The tofu leaves the impression of being crunchy and not mushy even though it has been boiled for hours with the spice sauce. The bongkrek tempeh is also not easily crushed and perfectly cooked. Another characteristic is the cassava sauce which is mixed into the botok. The taste which tends to be sweet slightly neutralizes the spicy taste. Don't forget the noodle crackers as a complement. The smoked aroma of the usel crackers blends with the sweet-spicy botok taste. The price itself is quite affordable, around seven thousand rupiah per portion. Nb: the place is a bit inside from the north coast road. If you bring a car, parking can only be on the road opposite the stall (right on the edge of the irrigation river). Please come before lunch time because botok usually runs out quickly.
