★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but unoptimized yet. Lack of facility currently, i.e. no toilet at each floor (only at basement) and only stairs to go to 3rd floor, that is not suitable for disabilities. Tenant only periplus (closed at 5) and gym (closed till night). Third floor is only for training centre.
