Adalah sungai Bogowonto, sungai terlebar sepanjang kurang lebih 67 km di Purworejo yang terletak berada di sebelah timur kepadatan dan keramaian penduduk kota. Di sekitaran jembatan sungai terdapat pasar tambak dan pertanian serta perkebunan petani. Sungai juga bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber mata pencaharian nelayan mencari ikan dan hewan air lainnya. Biasa ramai lalu lintas jalan di jembatan setiap hari ya.
An old bridge plays an important role as a link from Kaligesing sub-district to Purworejo sub-district. Is the Bogowonto River, the widest river along approximately 67 km in Purworejo, which is located to the east of the city's population density and crowds. Around the river bridge, there are fishpond and agricultural markets as well as farmers' plantations. Bukti fisiknya ada di sebelah selatan jembatan yg sekarang. Jembatan yg roboh dibangun lagi dan masih kokoh sampai sekarang.
