★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a pretty good air and view, we added an extra bed but it was only delivered at 8 pm and only the bed was just sent, not including towels and mineral water, it also had to go to the receptionist first, it looks like they lacked personnel in house keeping even though we saw it was there group event, unfortunately the hotel management should be able to anticipate it. This should have been a pleasant experience for our family, but quite the opposite

They have a mini zoo and many meeting rooms.. have nice views and many inspirational quotes hang along the corridors.. the lack part is the hotel is really hard to contact, need informations about their rooms, but no one accept the phone, no reply on WA chat, IG take very long time only to be tell to contact throw WA with no reply.. beside that, overall the hotel is recommended, friendly staffs, the rooms quite clean but can be improved..
Some tips for other about the rooms which I asked directly at the hotel..
The deluxe room have choice for 2 or 3 or double bed, without refrigerator..
The junior suite is quite comfortable with living room, sofa, and round table.. Refrigerator available..
The executive suite is actually 2 deluxe rooms connected, without refrigerator..
The family room, I don't asked directly but from video, they have 2 bedrooms and 1 big living room with bed also available. The room equipped with refrigerator and stove..
They also have some villas..

Maybe need some improvement for the team in the high season or weekend because some food when my family breakfast is not ready quickly, so we must ask to team for repeat that food. Thanks green forest team
