The place is cool, comfortable, fresh, near tourist attractions, too, if the city is lmyan, the distance must have a private vehicle, min motorbike. If you don't use ojol or grab, there is no angkot here near the jungle sm festival where to eat n relax, a lot of it just makes the atmosphere feel at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman untuk hunian keluarga jauh dari kebisingan kota namun dekat akses ke jalan utama. Banyak penghijauan di sekeliling komplek dan ada Security di depan Gerbang Ramah menyapa dan membantu pengunjung.
Comfortable for a family residence away from the noise of the city but close to access to the main road. There is a lot of greenery around the complex and there is Security in front of the Friendly Gate to greet and help visitors.
