★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym disini 1 tahun lebih,hasilnya lumayan turun 15 kilo lebih. Fasilitas cukup memadai untuk harga member yang lumayan murah. Untuk cewe-cewe,mereka punya kelas aerobic juga. Sekarang pindah gym karena domisili sudah tidak di situ.
Gym here for more than 1 year, the results are pretty down 15 pounds more. The facilities are quite adequate for the relatively cheap member prices. For girls, they have aerobic classes too. Now move the gym because the domicile is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym ever! Alat2nya manual semua, free weight equipments-nya tua2 dan beberapa karatan. Membership 3 bulan karena lokasinya aja, pas mau perpanjang harga naik seenak hati. Ganti tanggal perpanjangan (contoh, membership habis tanggal 3, baru sempat perpanjang tanggal 11) kena biaya tambahan. Ga masuk akal. Masih banyak alternatif lain kok.
Worst gym ever! The tools are all manual, the free weight equipments are old and some are rusty. Membership is 3 months because of its location, just when you want to extend the price to go up as you like. Change the renewal date (for example, the membership runs out on the 3rd, it has only been renewed on the 11th) due to additional fees. It doesn't make sense. There are still many other alternatives.
