★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tgl 21 Oktober pukul 2 siang sy mendatangi BNI The energy jakarta selatan untuk mencairkan dana BSU sesampainya disana menurut keterangan satpam yang berjaga kuota 10 orang untuk umum sudah penuh dan sy dianjurkan datang tgl 22 Oktober 2021 di pagi hari.
Kemudian tgl 22 Oktober sy datang kembali sesuai anjuran satpam ternyata satpam menolak saya karna kuota untuk umum tidak ada dan sudah di booking oleh sekuritas yang nyatanya ketika sy sampai tidak ada satupun orang sekuritas yang mencairkan dana bsu.
Jujur sy kecewa karena seharusnya bantuan dr pemerintah bisa disalurkan tanpa di ribet mengingat cabang BNI ada dimana saja Ini di persulit.
Saran
1. Perbaikin pelayanan terhadap nasabah
2. jangan pilih pilih nasabah
3. Semua cabang BNI sibuk bukan cabang The energy doang jd stop untuk lembar lempar nasabah yang mau mencairkan dana BSU.

On October 21 at 2 pm I went to BNI The Energy, South Jakarta to disburse BSU funds when I got there, according to the security guard on duty, the quota of 10 people for the public was full and I was advised to come on October 22, 2021 in the morning.
Then on October 22, I came back according to the security guard's recommendation, it turned out that the security guard refused me because there was no public quota and it was booked by securities, which in fact when I arrived there was no one in the securities who disbursed the BSU funds.
Honestly, I'm disappointed because the government's assistance should have been distributed without being complicated, considering that BNI branches are everywhere.
Suggestion
1. Improve customer service
2. don't choose customers
3. All BNI branches are busy, not just The Energy branches, so they stop for throwing sheets for customers who want to withdraw BSU funds.
