★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ngga jelas, dateng hari senin katanya suruh balik lagi senin depan, pas senin depan balik lagi nunggu antrian cs 3 jam nyampe depan csnya katanya gabisa diproses. Bolak balik 2X nunggu berjam jam gada hasil harusnya kalo gabisa bilang dari awal dong gausah nyuruh bolak balik dan nungguin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah..mau ganti atm aja susah bgt. hri pertama mw ganti atm k CS, satpam bilang maaf untuk hri ini penuh csnya cuman 1, trus sya bilang k teller aja bisa pak mw ambil uang pke buku tabungan, pak satpam bilang bisa. udh tuh aku akhirnya dapet nomer antrian udh tuh aku ambil nomer antrian k teller pas nomerku disebut mba² tellernya bilang maaf bu ga bisa ambil uang klo ga pke atm. lah gmn mw ambil atm aja rusak. sya pikir bisa kaya BRI tanpa pakai atm pun bisa ambil uang pke buku tabungan. udh gitu hrusnya kan bilang dri awal tuh si satpam klo ga bisa ambil cmn pke buku. udah 2 kali balik dtg lebih awal jm 8:30 masih aja ga dapat antrian. mw ganti atm sama ambil duit sendiri aja kya ngemis bgt gillaaaa. mending tutup buku dah..paraaaahh..pelayanan nya ga seramah kya Bank BCA atau bank Mandiri.
it's bad.. it's really hard to change atm. The first day I changed atm to CS, the security guard said sorry for today it's full of cs, only 1, then I told the teller you can, sir, I took money from a savings book, the security guard said yes. I finally got the queue number, I took the queue number to the teller when my number was called, the teller said sorry, ma'am, I can't take money if I don't use an atm. How can I take the atm, it's broken. I think you can be rich in BRI without using an atm, you can take money from a savings book. That's how it should have been from the start, the security guard couldn't take it using a book. I've been back 2 times and arrived early at 8:30 am still no queue. I want to change atm and take my own money, I'm begging so crazy. better close the book already..paraaaahh..the service isn't as friendly as Bank BCA or Bank Mandiri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt woy masa CS cuma 1. Pelit bgt emang BNI nih. Ga yg di bandung ga yg disini. Masa CS cm satu. Tolonglah sesuaikan sm jumlah customer yg sering dtg membutuhkan CS. Apakah memang semiskin itu sampai ga bs nambah CS yah?
It's really bad, the CS period is only 1. BNI is really stingy. Not in Bandung, not here. CS period cm one. Please adjust to the number of customers who often come to need CS. Is it really that poor that you can't add CS, right?
