Saran saya Kudu di ganti CS nya.
Pelayanan kurang baik.
 CS is not friendly and the language is not good,
My suggestion is that Kudu replace the CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya kecil, pelayanannya baik. Kalau mau antrian yg gak terlalu panjang, ke cabang BNI yang ini. Daripada yang di pisang mas. Parkir cukup luas dan nyaman untuk skala ruko. Customer service ada di lantai 1, Teller ada di lantai 2. ATM ada disediakan 2 mesin, terakhir kali saya kesini, belum ada mesin CDM.
The place is small, the service is good. If you want a queue that isn't too long, go to this BNI branch. Rather than the one in banana mas. Parking is quite spacious and convenient for shop scale. Customer service is on the 1st floor, Teller is on the 2nd floor. ATMs are provided with 2 machines, the last time I came here, there was no CDM machine.
