★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank ini cukup ramai karena berada di jalan utama Jogja yaitu jalan Wonosari. Walaupun parkirnya tidak terlalu luas, tapi penjaga parkirnya lumayan rapi menata motor-motor konsumen. Terdapat ATM yang luas dengan tiga mesin, dengan dua mesin setor, sehingga mempercepat antrian, bahkan bisa dikatakan di sini tidak perlu antri.
This bank is quite busy because it is on the main street of Jogja, namely Jalan Wonosari. Even though the parking lot is not too large, the parking guard is pretty neat in arranging consumer motorbikes. There is a large ATM with three machines, with two deposit machines, thus speeding up queues, you can even say that there is no need to queue here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanan nya.. bener-bener lama. Yg incharge hanya 1 CS, melayani 1 costumer aja bisa sampai 45 menit - 1 jam. Saya datang jam 10pagi dalam jangka waktu 2 jam hanya melayani 2 costumer, habis itu jam 12 di jeda istirahat..padahal sya cuma mau buka atm yg ke blokir aja, hal yg sepele kalo di bank lain...
Tolong donk tingkatkan pelayanannya..
Disappointed with the service... really long. Only 1 CS incharge, serving 1 customer can take up to 45 minutes - 1 hour. I came at 10 am in a period of 2 hours only serving 2 customers, after that it was 12 in the break... even though I just wanted to open an atm that was blocked, trivial things at other banks...
Please improve the service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama bnget, teller cuma 1 trus melayani 1 orang saja setengah jam leboh, auto tk tinggal tidur di dalem. Tolong pengertiannya dan profesionalnya
It's been a long time, only 1 teller then serves 1 person for half an hour, auto doesn't just stay sleeping in the palace. Please be understanding and professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS hanya ada 1 orang, rata rata membutuhkan 30 - 45 menit untuk melayani 1 customer. Antri 4 orang berarti harus nunggu sekitar 2 jam.luar biasa
CS only has 1 person, on average it takes 30 - 45 minutes to serve 1 customer. Queuing for 4 people means having to wait about 2 hours. amazing
