★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lumayan ramah! Antrian disini juga sesuai protokol kesehatan. Best pokoknya!! Satpamnya juga ramah banget (JEMPOL BANGET DEH). Tadi aku kelewatan antrian B, 2 nomer, eh di usahain sama satpamnya. Akhirnya bisa. Alhamdulillah. yang penting ga kebangetan ketinggalan nya ? hahaha
Tapi teller CS sebelah utara nomer 2 dari barat. Garamah banget kecewa!!!! Sinis banget gada senyum gada apa. Ga seperti CS lainnya, yang aku liat ramah banget. (6 Juli 2020) mohon diperbaiki, karena pertama kali saya ke BNI merasa tidak nyaman oleh CSnya.

But CS teller north is number 2 from the west. Really disappointed !! Very cynical what a smiling club. Not like other CS, which I see is very friendly. (July 6, 2020) please repair, because the first time I went to BNI was uncomfortable with CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian selalu penuh dan lama.. Ambil antrian jam 9 baru dipanggil jam 01.30 ??.. Mana cuma 1 aja yg buka.. Cabang2 lain pada tutup.. Sampai pada antri dluar..
The queue is always full and long.. Take the queue at 9 and just be called at 01.30 .. Where only 1 is open.. Other branches are closed.. Until the queue outside..

Nasabah tanya baik2, eh jawabnya ketus, nyolot.
Pecat aja karyawan yg kayak gitu.
Teler service is not friendly.

Aku baru tau kalau mau cek mutasi lewat aplikasi mobile banking itu ternyata bisa dilakukan untuk beberapa bulan sebelumnya (mungkin 6 bulan). Kukira hanya bisa dilakukan selama satu bulan terakhir saja. Ngapain aku mondar mandir ke BNI terus gegara ambil antrian telat terus kalau tau ternyata bisa aku cek di aplikasi ?, karena sebelumnya aku cetak di komputer bank keluarnya hanya akumulasi (gak komplit), kata pak satpam kalau mau komplit harus lewat CS.
Untuk teman2 yang belum pada tau caranya misal ini bulan Desember teman2 mau cek mutasi dari Agustus sampek Desember yaitu teman2 cek per bulannya, contoh: Agustus isi tanggal 1-31 Agustus, September 1-30, dst. Bukan 1 Agustus - 2 Desember gitu.

I just found out that if you want to check mutations through the mobile banking application, it turns out that it can be done a few months earlier (maybe 6 months). I thought it could only be done for the last one month. Why do I go back and forth to BNI and keep getting in the queue late, if I know I can check it on the application, because before I printed it on the bank computer, the output was only accumulated (not complete), said the security guard if you want it complete you have to go through CS.
For those of you who don't know how, for example, in December, you want to check mutations from August to December, that is, you check monthly, for example: August, fill in August 1-31, September 1-30, and so on. Not August 1st - December 2nd.

Ga ngerti deh fungsi nomor antrean, yg batu dateng nanya ke satpam langsung arahin ke CS, malah ada CS yg nyamperin konsumen tanpa menanyakan urutan, bukankah semua cs melayani sesuai nomor antrean. GEMESSSS bgt sumpah. CS segitu banyaknya dr jam 8.30 cm bergerak 1 angka. Anjiiirr
