 Just open bni 46 which is very good, don't open bni life, the center is if asked like a child who graduated from primary school the answer

Kalo bisa ga klik ⭐, I wouldn't give a ⭐. 3 bln urus layanan dr Januari g kelar2 smpe skrg. Kualitas problem solving manajemen CS & bagian terkait nyaris NOL. 3 x lebih terhub CS per telpon, jelasin dr awal smpe berbusa2 tiap nelpon...ZERO result. Belasan x telpon terputus tnp ad kesempatan tersambung, 2 x DTG lgsung ke CSO di lt. 10 Centennial Tower, ZERO result jg...tak ad kpastian apalagi solusi cepat, selalu saja setiap nggu 3 HR pasca kontak, dmintain lg kekurangan admin. Pasca terakhir dtg Senin 06 April, dminta nggu s.d. 5 HR kerja pulak (tau lah ad piket WFH, tp ini urusan ud dr Jan boss). PSBB d DKI ud mo mulai Jumat ini, alamat bakal nggu bulanan LG smpe urusan simple Sy kelar. Sengaja milih produk polis syariah, tp ternyata jauh Skali dr unsur Adil. Masi lebih jelas & bagus polis asuransi konvensional kayanya. Again, tuan/puan manajemen Yth, nyaris NOL Besar kualitas service tim Anda?????

If you can't click ⭐, I wouldn't give a ⭐. 3 months of taking care of the service from January g. The quality of CS management problem solving & related parts is almost ZERO. 3 x more connected CS per telephone, explain from the beginning of the foam every time you call ... ZERO result. Dozens of phone calls were disconnected without the opportunity to connect, 2 x DTG directly went to CSO on the 2nd floor. 10 Centennial Tower, ZERO result too ... there is no certainty let alone a quick solution, always every week 3 HR post contact, requested again by lack of admin. After the last Monday, April 6, ask me to wait. 5 HR work pulak (you know WFH ad picket, but this is the business of Dr. Jan boss). PSBB in DKI starting this Friday, the address will be a monthly LG update until my simple affairs are finished. Deliberately choosing a Sharia policy product, but it turns out to be far from the Elemental element. It's still clearer & better than a conventional insurance policy. Again, sir / ladies and gentlemen, almost ZERO Great the quality of your team's service?????

The office is cool and clean, the staff are friendly too, claim the glasses ... once a year, change the glasses and transfer the glasses a day ... Thanks BNI Life Syariah ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI life masih exist kah? Sudah seminggu, setiap hari coba telp ke 150045, live chat di websitenya, DM instagram dan 1 kali email tidak ada respond. Telemarketingnya super gencar di awal penawaran tapi kalau ingin menanyakan hak yang tidak ditepati, langsung hilang. BNI life no more~
BNI life still exist or not? It's been a week, every day trying to call 150045, live chat on the website, DM Instagram and 1 email no response. The telemarketing was super intense at the beginning of the offer, but if you wanted to ask for a right that was not fulfilled, it immediately disappeared. BNI life no more~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gagal bayar penbayaran rekening manfaat, padahal di sms konfirmasi nomer rekening sudah benar tapi pas pembayaran ternyata malah ke rekening saya yang sudah g aktif. Diminta untuk pengajuan perubahan data, sudah dilakukan dengan dituntun CS, tapi setelah masuk pemrosesan, disuruh ganti lagi perubahan data katanya tidak sesuai permohonan. Bolak balik dah ke Centennial. Udah 2 case ini miss antara CS & petugas. Yang pertama pengurusan asuransi mertua saya.
Failed to pay the benefit account payment, even though in the confirmation sms the account number was correct, but when the payment turned out to be my account which was not active. Asked to submit a data change, it has been done with the guidance of CS, but after entering processing, was told to change again the data change, he said it did not match the request. Back and forth to Centennial. These 2 cases have been missed between CS & officers. The first is my in-laws insurance arrangement.
