★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI Kaliwungu melayani masyarakat di sekitar Kaliwungu. Kantornya tidak terlalu besar namun cukup nyaman.
Hanya saja kadang antrian cukup panjang dan lama. Antrian untuk bertemu dengan Customer Service biasanya cukup lama. Beberapa kali saya berurusan dengan CS BNI di kantor ini, saya harus mengantri lebih dari satu jam.
Transaksi teller biasanya cukup cepat, tidak selama antrian CS.
Pada akhir bulan, ATMnya dipenuhi oleh masyarakat yg ingin mengambil uang.
BNI Kaliwungu serves the community around Kaliwungu. The office is not too big but comfortable enough.
It's just that sometimes the queue is quite long and long. The queue to meet with Customer Service is usually quite long. Several times I dealt with CS BNI in this office, I had to queue for more than an hour.
The teller transaction is usually quite fast, not during the CS queue.
At the end of the month, the ATM is filled with people who want to take money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SECURITY BNI yang di cabang kalibendo orangnya kurus kecil itu gak sopan. Saya bisa bilang gini karna baru tak alami. Ibu saya mau nabung tapi tidak boleh masuk alasan pembatasan orang di dalam. Hello pak saya liat sendiri di dalam antrian kosong....pelayanan buruk buruk
SECURITY BNI at the Kalibendo branch is a small skinny person who is not polite. I can say this because it's just not natural. My mother wants to save but can't enter the reason for the restrictions on people inside. Hello sir, I saw myself in the empty queue.... bad bad service
