★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to change my debit card so it has gold chip (complying to central bank rule). I was served by the only RM there. At first she refused to do so because I didn’t bring my saving book. After speaking to the manager, he allows me to change my card.
Before I leave the place I asked whether I can get my name printed (since in Mandiri they can). She said with unpleasant tone: “kita gak punya mesinnya, apa kita wajib punya juga?”
I found that her respond was out of place. On the other note, she had no smile at all.
However, the manager was helpful. Thanks pak Guntur.
