ga banget,laki gue dtg jam 9 dpt antrian B0045 sampe jam set 4 sore malah di longkap,pas ditanya kata sama laki gue,tuh satpam bilang udh di panggil tereak tereak,haha alibi bgt,udh jelas laki gua ngantri depan bank persis.gua bikin atm bukan buat main main buat kerjaan.tolong sama sama hargai karna cuma di kasih waktu 1hr.KECEWA

Lelet banget... Untuk buat mbanking, aku datang di hari Rabu jam 10 dengan nomor urut 45, nomor antrian terakhir 32. Aku nunggu sampe jam 2 itu masih nomor antrian 40 ?? lama bangeeeet ???

Tanggal 15 Februari 2021 kesana. Langsung Melihat antrian. Bank ternyata TIDAK BUKA Jam 08:00, mungkin karena COVID. Jam 9 kurang 7 menit Satpam mulai Membagikan nomor antrian sesuai Keperluan masing2. Alhamdulillah Cepat. Tempat di sana Sangat bersih, Wangi, Dan Pelayanan Yang Cukup ramah dari Luar, dalam, hingga keluar lagi. Jujur saya bukan nasabah BNI, tp merasa ini sangat baik. Keren. Nada setiap pegawai cukup ramah. Terimakasih.

Awal datang udh ditolak halus satpam dengan alesan CS hanya 1 dan banyak yang antri. Trnyata antrian panjang memang karen pelayanannya yang lelet. Udh sejam disinj baru 2 orang yg bisa ketemu CS. Bahkan BR* pun ga selama ini

Tertulis buka jam 8 tapi real nya bener bener buka jam 9. Antri udah panjang hnya utk aktivasi mobile banking yang pindah ke devices baru. Saran aja buat para pembuat keputusan, antri utk aktivasi mobile banking 3 jam tidak worth it dengan proses aktivasi yg hanya 15 mnt, pdhl hal tsb bisa di aktivasi pake no hp, debit nomor, username yg bisa di lalukan sendiri di rmh dan butuh waktu hanya 5 menit. Coba cth bank biru swasta so simple!! Sudah bagus utk policy nya, cuma lebih bagus kalau bisa di aktivasi sendiri jd tidak perlu keluar rumah apa lgi sedang PPKM sperti saat ini.

Worst bank ever!!! Once I've registered a bank account online in BCA and it has simple way. This bank, on the other hand, make it even harder than the old days. The CS is a moron. She doesn't even bother to tell me that I have to wait so many days to re-activate my mbanking after I ordered my ATM card.
