★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan ramah. senyumnya lebar.mulai dari satpam teller dan CS.nya . ber AC. Tempat duduk antrian dikit. harus bawa ATM. FC ATM. KTP sebelum dikasih nomor antrian. lantai bersih. parkir terbatas. ada TV.nya tapi tidak bersuara. ada CCTV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya sangat tidak sopan ditanya orang tua baik baik cuma masalah udah mau tutup BNI malah jawab sengak bilang suruh buka BNI saja sendiri! Malah disuruh juga ke BRI saja sana kalo mau ! gapunya atitude apa gimna sih? Kasian orang tua saya sakit hatiii bangett semoga kedepanya lebih baik lagi etikanya terutama terhadap orang tua terimakasih?
