Ga sengaja pencet lihat ulasan jelek banget 2.4 pada marah², aku dua hari yang lalu kesana untuk menyelesaikan blokir pin atm sekaligus transfer tunai pak satpam dan mba² cs dan tellernya ramah dan komunikatif sewaktu memberi arahan. Aku pun dengan tertib dan teratur mengikuti prosedur yg diberikan cs, sepertinya yg marah² mau cepet tanpa ikuti prosedur kyknya xixixi ? Tidak bermaksud menyerang, cuma itu sepengalaman aku.

Hari ini saya datang jam 7 kurang utk datang buat pencairan BSU saya tanya2 sama satpam katanya bisa utk pwncairan disini saya tunggu setelah nomor antrian diberikan ditanya lagi tapi kata security saya harus ke bni cab. graha saya tunggu lalu security bilang per pagi ini tidak bisa pencairan BSU disini disuruh kolektif antara BNI sama pihak HRD saya.. jadi ini cuma akal akalan kalian aja supaya gamau ribet ngurusin peserta BSU. dan tolong security nya kalo bisa yg ramah ya dari pagi jawaban simpang siur gajelas dioper sana oper sini. padhal kalian juga dapet daa BSU tapi malah nyusahin orang lain yg mau ngambil. PELAYANAN YG BURUK !!!
Today I came less than 7 to come for the disbursement of BSU I asked the security guard he said it could be for the disbursement here I waited after the queue number was given and asked again but security said I had to go to BNI cab. house I waited and then security said that as of this morning, the BSU could not be disbursed here. They were told to be collective between BNI and my HRD.. so this is just a trick of yours so you don't want to bother taking care of BSU participants. and please help the security, if you can, who are friendly, yes, since the morning the answers are confusing and unclear, they are passed here and there. even though you also get BSU data but it makes it difficult for other people who want to take it. BAD SERVICE!!!

1. Sangat tidak Professional dengan manajemen waktu dan antrian yang BURUK. 2. Terlihat bonafit dari luar sekelas Bank BUMN, tapi layanan SEADANYA yang tidak lengkap, tidak modern, dan tidak universal. 3. Budaya “yang penting gajian” masih terlihat. Tidak memperhatikan antrian customer di luar yang kepanasan dan antri berjam-jam. Masalah layanan yang kurang tidak ada solusi lanjutan. 4. Sekelas Bank BUMN, untuk ganti Kartu ATM Tappa 5000 berlogo GPN dengan Kartu ATM berlogo Mastercard saja tidak bisa, padahal sangat membantu untuk kemudahan belanja dengan sistem pembayaran debit online. 5. Overall: Payah untuk sekelas bank BUMN.
1. Very unprofessional with BAD time management and queues. 2. It looks bona fide from the outside like a state-owned bank, but the AS IS services are incomplete, not modern, and not universal. 3. The “payday important” culture is still visible. Not paying attention to the hot customer queue outside and waiting in line for hours. Lack of service problem no advanced solution. 4. In the class of a state-owned bank, you can't replace a Tappa 5000 ATM Card with the GPN logo with an ATM card with the Mastercard logo, even though it is very helpful for easy shopping with an online debit payment system. 5. Overall: Poor for a state-owned bank class.

CSnya lamaaaaaa bgt pelayanannya. Udah nunggu dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 12siang untuk bikin kartu ATM, antrian tinggal 2 nomor tiba-tiba diinfo bahwa sistem offline. Very disappointing! Udahlah saya tutup aja rekeningnya, pindah ke Bank sebelah yang CSnya lebih tanggap, mau jemput bola ke customer untuk nanyain keperluan. Customer ga dibiarin nunggu gitu aja tanpa progres.
The CS is very long, the service. I've been waiting from 9 am to 12 noon to make an ATM card, there are only 2 queues left, suddenly informed that the system is offline. Very disappointing! Never mind, I just closed the account, moved to the next bank whose CS was more responsive, wanted to pick up the ball to the customer to ask for needs. Customers are not allowed to just wait like that without progress.

Cs nya gk ramah jutek.. Bikin kerjaan org bolak-balik di tmpat lain bisa cuma disini aja gk bisa..cs nya bego banget kalo gk bisa bilang dr awal gk bisa jgn bikin kerjaan org bolak-balik.. Bilang aja gk mau usaha dan gk mau ribet maunya yg mudah" Aja ngapain kerja klo gk bisa nanganin gitu aja ampe bikin kerjaan org bolak-balik.. Pelayanan buruk ?
The cs aren't friendly and rude.. You can make people work back and forth in other places, you can only here, you can't.. the cs is really stupid if you can't say from the start you can't don't make people's work back and forth.. Just say you don't want to work and I don't want to be complicated, I want something easy." Why don't you work if you can't handle it, just make people work back and forth.. Bad service

hari ini mau benerin pin atm ke blokir,sama cetak buku print, sementara bintang 5 dulu, nanti balik lagi kelar dari benerin semuanya, semoga ramah bismillah

Belom pernah ke sini tapi berkaca aj dari cabang lain ye. Kenapa anda tdk lincah dan antisipatip sama lonjakan nasabah. Kalo kagak bisa tambah CSO, pisahin dari awal yg urusannya lama sama yg bentar. Jd kagak numpuk2. Alesan sistem antrean hanya satu. Nah yg cuma buka2 blokir, ganti buku yg bentar kasih CSO khusus pakai antrean manual gpp. Bedain sama yg urus lainnya. Kasih bangku di luar buat duduk klo mmg karena prokes ga blh antre di dalam. Biar ngga ada nenek2, ibu2 hamil pada duduk numpang di ruko sebelah, kagak enak depan lapak orang.

If you can't add CSO, separate from the beginning the long business and the short one. So it doesn't pile up. The reason for the queuing system is only one. Give a bench outside to sit if you can because the procedure can't be queued inside. Mau ganti kartu ikutan antri yg bansos.. Harusnya dipisah sih ya.. Security pelayanan buruk......
Want to change the line up for the social assistance card.. It should be separated, right.. Bad service security......
