★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akhirnya tau kenapa ratingnya kecil, karena pelayanan CSnya ga welcome kita belum selesai cerita masalahnya udah dipotong, ga ramah... Terus ngomong ke temen CS yg nyamperin dia ngejelasin kendala aku malah bilang “Kamu aja yg jelasin keknya simbaknya(aku) gangerti” gasopan, padahal dia sendiri juga baru ngerti karena disamperin CS sebelah ?
Finally I know why the rating is small, because the CS service is not welcome, we haven't finished the story, the problem has been cut, not friendly... Then talking to the CS friend who came over to explain the problem, I instead said "You just explain why the simbak (I) is confused" politely , even though he himself also just understood because he was accompanied by the CS next door
