★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk.. sudah disuruh nunggu dari jam 12- 13.00 karena petugas nya cuman satu.. dan ketika sudah menunggu sampai jam 13.00 malah petugas nya bilang nya nunggu lagi sampai jam 14.00 alesannya sih karena tadi belum istirahat..
Bad service ... I've been told to wait from 12-13.00 because there are only one officer ... and when I have waited until 1:00 p.m., the officer said he was waiting again until 14.00 the reason was because it hadn't been resting yet ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk,. Jadwal istirahat nya tidak jelas.. Bilang nya jam 1 sudah bisa masuk tapi dengan berbagai alesan jam 2 baru bisa masuk.. kalau di bilang dari awal baru bisa masuk jam 2 ga bakal nungguin dr jam 12..
Bad service ,. The break schedule is not clear .. They say at 1 o'clock you can enter but with various reasons at 2 you can enter .. if you say from the beginning you can only enter at 2 o'clock, you won't wait from 12 o'clock ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian lama, CS cuma 1, kalo jam istirahat harus nunggu sampe jam 13.00. CS kurang ramah. Security cukup membantu
Long queue, only 1 CS, if it's break time, you have to wait until 13.00. CS is not friendly. Security is quite helpful
