★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat strategis, mudah di cari. Ada di jalur utama kota. Parkiran luas. Tersedia kursi antri yg banyak jadi customer jangan takut cape berdiri karena ngantri. Satpam juga komunikatif. Teller ramah. Saya sarankan yang mau ke customer service datang pagi2, soalnya antreannya panjang. CSnya cuma 3 dan kadang customer yg ke CS makan waktu sampai 1 jam.
 Strategic place, easy to find. It's on the main line of town. Large parking area. There are lots of queued chairs so customers don't be afraid to get tired of standing because of queues. The security guard is also communicative. Friendly teller. I suggest that those who want to go to customer service come early in the morning, because the queue is long. CS only 3 and sometimes customers who go to CS take up to 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kok lama,,sdh mnunggu 1 jam lebih kok istirahatnya blom selesai!!! Apakah jam istirahatnya bergantian atau gmn sampe nasabah hrus mnunggu bgtu lama,,
How come the service is long, I've been waiting for more than 1 hour, how come the break hasn't finished yet!!! Do the break hours alternate or what until the customer has to wait so long,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pribadi kalau kita ke customer service dg nominal debit yang lumayan, cs bakal melayani dengan senyum, ramah, sopan....
Tapi pernah ganti pin untuk bantuan BNPT MasyaAllah judes naudzubillah... Ngga tau apa krn aku miskin atau gimana ya.. Tp csnya judes bgt, ngga ada ramah2nya, walaupun mereka pakai masker tapi kan jelas bgt ya itu org ramah atau ngga...
Mohon diterapkan sesuai kalian diterima kerja kaya gimana dulu. Bad bgt
Personal experience if we go to customer service with a decent debit nominal, cs will serve with a smile, friendly, polite....
But I've changed my pin for BNPT assistance. MasyaAllah, bitchy naudzubillah... I don't know if it's because I'm poor or what.. But the cs are really rude, there's no friendly people, even though they wear masks, it's clear whether they're friendly people or not...
Please apply according to how you were accepted for a job. very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudah dicari banknya, terletak di kota. Parkirannya luas, ada Mushola nya juga. Pelayanannya baik, ramah banget. Satpamnya juga sangat membantu. Bisa bikin Tabungan syariah walau belum bisa bikin m banking, karena kalau m banking harus d bank syariah langsung nya. Tapi tetep membantu. Pokoknya pelayanannya jos banget
Easy to find bank, located in the city. The parking area is wide, there is a mosque too. The service is good, very friendly. The security guard is also very helpful. You can make Islamic Savings even though you can't make an M banking, because if you do banking, you have to direct the Islamic bank. But still help. The point is the service is really jos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesekian kalinya dapet cs yg itu, mantap, pelayanan keren, saya baper, seandainya mau saya nikahin. Mungkin d tambah lgi cs nya melihat skrng d batasi kapasitas. Tp dgn nasabah yang bertambah. Perluas tempat antri engga efektif. Lebih efektif perbanyak CS. Kecuali d kasih tempat rokok sama kopi. Antri lama gpp
The umpteenth time I got that cs, great, cool service, I'm baper, if I wanted to marry you. Maybe you can add more cs, see now it's limited to capacity. But with increasing customers. Expanding the queue is not effective. More effective multiply CS. Unless you are given a place for cigarettes and coffee. Long queue gpp
