★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tanggal 21 dan 22 February Saya ke Bank BNI cabang ini, Custumer Service nya sungguh tidak menyenangkan. Pelayanan tidak dengan penuh hati. Perempuan meja nomer 2 dan 3 (dari utara/ no.7 dan 6)
Untuk gedung dan fasilitas, sangat baik. Pelayanan nya saja yang kurang, terutama CS nya.
 On February 21 and 22 I went to this branch of Bank BNI, the customer service was really unpleasant. Service not with full of heart. Table women number 2 and 3 (from the north/ no. 7 and 6)
For the building and facilities, very good. The service is just lacking, especially the CS.

Ruang tunggu lumayan luas dan apabila penuh disediakan kursi untuk menunggu di depan. Tersedia beberapa produk perbankan seperti tabungan, KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat), Deposito, dan lain sebagainya.
Parking area is wide enough for cars and motorbikes. There is friendly customer service and tellers who are ready to help customers. The waiting room is quite spacious and when full, chairs are provided to wait in front. Several banking products are available such as savings, KUR (People's Business Credit), Time Deposits, and so on.
