★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Ramah & Sopan. Tp Bagian CS'nya, Tolong Di Perbanyak Lg. Soalnya Antrian'nya Lama Bngt. Masa 1 Org, Bisa Menghabiskan Wkt +-35Menit. Sudah Gitu, Yg Antri Lmyn Ramai & Pihat Security'nya Rada Ribet. Minta No Antrian CS & Teller Aja, Di Tanya'in Bermacam2.
Friendly & Courteous Service. But the CS Section, Please Expand Lg. The problem is the queues are really long. Period of 1 Person, Can Spend + -35 Minutes. That's it, Lmyn's Queuing is Crowded & Sees the Security is Rada Comic. Ask for CS & Teller Queue No, Asked in Various.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya masuk pakai sendal jepit, dilayani oleh Customer Service dengan mukanya di tekuk, diburu - buru, jangan kelamaan berfikir katanya, berbicara dengan nada tinggi, oleh oknum CS perempuan, saat ingin membuat M-banking.
I walked in wearing flip-flops, served by Customer Service with his face bent, rushed, don't think about what he said, spoke in a high tone, by a female CS person, when I wanted to make M-banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andai BNI seperti BCA, BNI ROXY payah 1 siang mau bikin mau main bangking di suruh besok karena mau tutup, ditanya oprasional sampe jm 3 karena mau istrahat, lo kerja enak yeh
If BNI is like BCA, BNI ROXY sucks 1 afternoon, wants to make you want to play Bangkok, is told tomorrow because you want to close, asked operational until 3 am because you want to take a break, do you work well?
