★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bni cabang jl garuda, ada atmnya diluar tp dalamnya kecil hanya ada 1 cs yg aktif. Dan teller juga kadang buka hanya 1 dari 2 teller booth
 BNI branch jl garuda, there is an atmosphere outside but small there is only 1 cs active. And tellers also sometimes open only 1 of the 2 booth tellers

The service is very long, and there is only one CS because one is empty, there are no employee backups. Please improve

Very slow service. Only 1 CS was opened even though the queue was around 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini gak bisa cairin bsu upah,,pdhl di kemnaker udah jelas disitu tertulis bisa melalui cabang BNI terdekat,,malah dsuruhnya ke fatmawatu
Here you can't disburse your wages, but at the Ministry of Manpower, it's clear that it's written you can go through the nearest BNI branch, instead, you have to go to fatmawatu
