β β β β β Sebagai lembaga keuangan, akurasi dan ketanggapan adalah 2 hal yg sangat penting. Jika saya branch manager, saya akan memastikan bahwa lokasi cabang saya di gmap seakurat mungkin apalagi lalulintas disekitar cabang ini tidaklah friendly.
Hal2 kecil seperti ini mencerminkan image institusi. Kalau hal kecil saja tidak dapat akurat bagaimana hal2 besar?
As a financial institution, accuracy and responsiveness are two very important things. If I were a branch manager, I would make sure that the location of my branches in gmap is as accurate as possible especially since the traffic around these branches is not friendly.
Little things like this reflect the image of the institution. If even small things are not accurate, how about big things?

β β β β β Pelayanan buruk, nasabah dibiarkan menunggu lama. Jam makan siang customer service ga ada yg stand by. Dan teller hingga pukul 14.30 hanya 1 org yg melayani. Antriannya panjang sangat buat tellerpun. Mohon jadi perhatian atas kecepatan dan kenyamanan nasabah2 nya.
Bad service, customers are left to wait long. No customer service lunch hour stand by. And tellers until 2:30 a.m. only one person is serving. The queue is very long for tellers. Please pay attention to the speed and convenience of its customers.

β β β β β Pelayanan kurang bagus, CS nya kebanyakan telponan, antrian panjang. CS cuma ada 1 yang satu lagi istirahat.... Coba di tingkatkan pelayanannya....
Service is not good, CS is mostly telephone, long queue. CS, there is only 1 one more rest .... Try to improve the service ....
