★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang puas Krn CS cuma 1 dan yg antri cukup banyak..dan pas jam istirahat tidak melayani Krn CS cuma 1 klo untuk teller masih melayani walaupun di jam istirahat..Utk menunggu disediakan dilantai 2 mengikuti protokol covid jaga jarak...
Not satisfied because CS is only 1 and there are quite a lot of queues ... and at break time it doesn't serve CS, it's only 1 if the teller is still serving even though at break time ... Waiting is provided on the 2nd floor following the covid protocol keep your distance ...

CS nya sangat membantu, masalah terselesaikan dgn cepat dan baik.. terima kasih utk cs no 3 (ibu agustine kl tidak salah namanya) memang bni kcp dutamas fatmawati yg terbaik
tidak seperti bni cibinong dan bni pasar tebet yg lama antrinya, lelet, dan sama sekali tidak membantu.. males bgt saya kesini lg

The CS was very helpful, the problem was resolved quickly and well.. thank you for cs no 3 (Agustine's mother, if the name is not wrong) indeed BNI KCP Dutamas Fatmawati is the best
not like BNI Cibinong and BNI Pasar Tebet, the queues are long, slow, and don't help at all... I'm too lazy to come here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk berhadapan dgn satpam BNI sini. Mau buka blokir pin ATM disuruh bawa buku tabungan. Dan kekeuh gak bisa kalo gak ada. Hampir gak bisa masuk utk ketemu cs. Pake tegang otot dulu sebelum masuk. Pas udh ketemu CS ternyata bisa. Pas udh kelar urusan gak ada itikad baik buat minta maaf. AROGAN!!!!
Bad experience dealing with BNI security guards here. If you want to unblock an ATM pin, you will be asked to bring a savings book. And you can't do it if you don't have one. Almost can't go in to meet cs. Use muscle tension before entering. When I found CS, it turned out to be possible. When the business is finished, there is no good intention to apologize. ARROGANT!!!!
