★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -100 buat BNI, baru pertama kali disuruh kantor untuk cairkan BSU. Tapi 2 minggu sekali buka. Corona sih corna, tapi kan ini bisnis pemerintah? eh. AHAHAH korupsi aja uang BSU nya, gendut2 deh perut kalian pejabat2 koruptor. ups dasar kaum patron
 -100 for BNI, this is the first time the office has been asked to disburse BSU. But 2 weeks open. Corona is corna, but this is government business right? uh. AHAHAHA, just corrupt the BSU money, your stomachs are fat, corrupt officials. oops patrons

Satpam nya ga ramah banget
Udah nunggu satu jam lebih antrian no 6 belum di panggil panggil cs hadeuuhh
The queue is very clear, if there is no queue number, enter the turn. If there is a queue, the call will not be called
The security guard is not very friendly
I've been waiting for more than an hour, queue number 6 hasn't been called, call cs hadeuuhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy mau urus atm ganti kartu ke chip aja repot bgt ya. Sampe harus datang jam 6/7pagi untuk ambil no antrian aja ? What bank nya buka jam berapa ? Ambil antrian sepagi itu? Terus dateng jam 8 kurang satpam bilang antrian sdh penuh! Dan kamis jumat satpam bilang sdh full juga!! Koutapun di batasin 40antrian aja 40 antrian dalam 1hari. Kamis dan jumat jg sdh full 40 antrian wow yg bener ??
Sy sebagai nasabah bni sangat kerepotan dengan sistem kaya gini. Apalagi sy yg punya aktifitas kerja untuk ijin libur dihari kerja kerepotan sekali !!
I want to take care of the atm, changing the card to the chip, it's really a hassle. Do you have to come at 6/7 am to just take the queue number? What time is the bank open? Take the queue that early? Keep coming at 8 less than the security guard says the queue is full! And Thursday Friday the security guard said it was full too!! The quota is also limited to 40 queues, 40 queues in 1 day. Thursday and Friday are also full of 40 queues wow is that right??
I, as a BNI customer, have a lot of trouble with a system like this. Moreover, I who have work activities for a holiday permit on weekdays are very busy!!

Why are the services belonging to SOEs/Government so bad? It's already open and it's rarely a problem for customers. I was told to change the card to a chip from when I know but every time I come to the branch it never goes wrong. it's a mess

I am really disappointed and my trust to this bank drop in a very low level.
BNI, if you want to compete with other banks and get any good investment, please manage your offline and online services.
This May 2021, as your customer, many people have to get queue number since 6.00 a.m. in the morning.
This is not what can be called Good Service.
If you want to limit people caused by covid, please make online service as good as possible!
I have to say, after this experience, I will never put my money here ever again!
What we, as customers need from bank are: trust and safety to put money in your bank, your present, and your innovation and creativity to cope with conditions.
