β β β β β Tempat parkir nya kecil, karena new normal ruang jadi terbatas. Harus mengantri dulu. Its Okay, dari pelayanan cukup ramah dari mulai security-nya hingga customer servicenya. Saran saja jika berencana untuk ke customer servicenya silahkan datang pagi-pagi karena no antrian yang dibatasi ?
Parking space is small, because new normal space is limited. Must wait in line first. Its Okay, the service is quite friendly from the security to the customer service. Just a suggestion if you plan to go to the customer service please come early in the morning because the queue number is limited ?

β β β β β Disuruh fotocopy diluar,, sekelas Bank BNI, kecuali mesin copyan nya rusak,, jelas2 ada dibelakang meja nya

β β β β β Buruk sekali,pelayanan nya sangat tidak masuk akal,terkesan mengada2,padahal BUMN,..memalukan sekali.
Sampah ko banyak di pekerjakan ya,memalukan BUMN saja,..

β β β β β Buruk beda class sama Bank Swasta seperti Punya keluarga DJARUM ( BCA ) , Apalagi satpam nya belagu banget, kalo di baca perusahaan suruh pendidikan lagi tuh satpam nya bila perlu ganti yang BARU

karyawan saya mau urus pergantian ATM ke chip, kok bisa ya dimintain uang untuk bisa dapat antri, kasian kan namanya karyawan sedang butuh untuk ambil gajinya giliran ke bank pelayanannya begitu,, ada ya kebijakan seperti itu :) kok bisa karyawan bank seperti itu ya :D padahal fasilitas dari pemerintah... mohon di perhatikan kepada kepala cabangnya ya atas kejadian seperti itu.

At 8 o'clock, I didn't come to the no queue section with the reason that the queue was limited to 15 people

β β β β β Hallo, hari kamis kemarin 17 Februari 2022 saya buka rekening baru karna kebutuhan untuk pekerjaan saya diperusahaan. Akan tetapi pelayanan dr costumer service nya kurang baik (Tidak Ramah) judes sekali first impression BAD! Harusnya costumer service itu melayani nasabahnya dengan baik dan ramah minimalnya. Terus saya mau buka ibank aja alasannya tokennya tidak ada, saya bilang kapan adanya katanya gabisa mastiin, terus waktunya udah habis maksudnya waktu udh habis itu gmn ya? Kan itu di jam kerjaya saya pagi jg datangnya jam 9 terus tidak ada nasabah yg lain juga yg ngantri kecuali di teller. Dan untuk aktifin ibanknya ko malah disuruh ke cabang pusat di sukabumi kota, lah ya jauh kan saya org cicurug. Tolong pihak BNI evaluasi setiap karyawannya yg kurang ramah saat melayani nasabah. Dan saya lihat banyak sekali review dr nasabah BNI yg kecewa pada pelayanan di BNI. Tolong diperbaiki pelayanannya. Terimakasih
Hello, last Thursday 17 February 2022 I opened a new account because of the need for my work at the company. However, the service from the customer service is not good (not friendly) very bad first impression BAD! Customer service should serve its customers well and friendly at a minimum. Then I just want to open an ibank because the token isn't there, I said when it was there, it said I can't be sure, then the time has run out, what does that mean when it's up? Right, during my working hours in the morning, it arrived at 9 and there were no other customers queuing except at the teller. And to activate the ibank, I was even told to go to the central branch in Sukabumi City, it's far, I'm a cicurug person. Please BNI evaluate every employee who is not friendly when serving customers. And I see a lot of reviews from BNI customers who are disappointed in the service at BNI. Please improve the service. Thank you
