★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama untuk CS...blm jam istirahat sudah istirahat padahal antrian banyak....nunggu dari jam 9 sampai jam 11.30 pas giliran opt CS nya seenaknya mau istirahat dulu...Hadeech.....
Tolong diimprove...
Kita kadang butuh cepat dan rela buat ijin, cuti untuk ketemu CS...tp sepertinya CS disini ga menghargai waktu kita....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan costumer service sangat lama, datang jam 8 pagi, bank dibuka jam 9, dapat antrian nomer 6 sudah 2 jam dari dari buka bank, hanya 4 nasabah yang terlayani, costumer service hanya dibuka 1 dari 4 tolong pihak management Bank BNI ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya, agar tidak membuang buang waktu di bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu pelayanannya bagus sekali cepat dan ramah bisa diandalkan, sekarang parah nasabah banyak customer service cuma 1 yang buka. datang jam 8 antrian dah 35. begitu jam 2 siang lebih security bilang mohon maaf tidak terlayani. Security nya bilang harus ambil antrian dari subuh klo mau terlayani, Hello dipikir kita mau ke pasar belanja sayuran??? Berbenahlah sedikit perbaiki system cari solusi, Bukan nasabah yang harus datang subuh antri kaya pembagan BLT! Jangan sampai nasabah kecewa dan tidak terlayani. Time is money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah prosedur, seharusnya di siapkan nomor antrian dulu tanpa harus nungguin sekuriti datang atau ngga minimal di taruh buku untuk absen tulisn nama untuk yg datang duluan, kasihan yg datang duluan malah jadi belakangan .
Wrong procedure, the queue number should have been prepared first without having to wait for security to come or not at least put a book to be absent, write down the names of those who came first, sorry for those who came first instead of being later.
