★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ancuuurrrr pelayanan nya , error 4 hari belum di perbaiki , di suruh nunggu nunggu terus sampe buluk kayanya
padahal pas komplen awal bilang paling lambat penanganan nya 3 hari eh malah sampe sekarang belum di perbaiki
gimana mau maju ini perusahaan kalo pelayanan nya kaya gini
mikir mikir lagi ke depan nya buat memperpanjang atau tidak nya , karna jelek pelayanan nya !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MURAH UNLIMITED LEBIH BAIK DARI YG LAINNYA KALO DI NILAI SECARA KESELURUHAN.
Selama pemakaian baik baik aja. Setiap jaringan emang pasti ada kelemahannya. Tapi kalo ada problem saya bisa chat dengan CS dan di jawab dengan cepat.
Bingung sama yg kasih bintang 1 . Kalo mau sempurna ciptakan profider sendiri.
CHEAP UNLIMITED BETTER THAN OTHER IF THE OVERALL VALUE.
As long as you use it it's fine. Every network has its weaknesses. But if there is a problem, I can chat with CS and answer it quickly.
Confused by the one who gave 1 star. If you want perfection, create your own provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIAPAPUN ANDA, JANGAN PERNAH MAU MEMAKAI BNETFIT. PERCAYALAH PADA REVIEW YANG ADA DI GOOGLE. PERUSAHAAN SANGAT TIDAK PROFESSIONAL.
Mulai dari awal perjanjian pemasangan selalu di undur berminggu minggu. Kemudian belum terpasang sudah di mintai uang dengan bilang untuk jajan tukang pasang. Emangnya dari kantor gak pernah ada uang operasional ya.
Setelah terpasang dan aktif kemudian saya membayarnya secara full untuk 1 bulan. Baru 3 hari setelah aktivasi, langsung rusak, gangguan dan internet mati. Sudah ajukan komplain ke admin cuma bisa bilang maaf dan akan di tangani secepatnya.
Tp faktanya tidak ada teknisi satupun yang datang sampai hari ini (sudah 3 hari lebih), bahkan ketika ada teknisi yang menghubungi, dia malah gak jadi datang dengan alasan cuaca hujan. Emangnya gak pernah tau kalau di dunia ini ada yang namanya Jas Hujan.
Saya udah sering pakai provider fiber seperti indihome, myrepublic, oxygen bahkan XL. Tapi Bnetfit yang paling parah. Jadi saya sarankan bagi Anda jangan sampai pakai bnetfit

Starting from the beginning, the installation agreement was always pushed back by weeks. Then it hasn't been installed, it has been asked for money by saying it is a snack for the installer. There's never been any operating money from the office.
Once installed and active then I paid for it in full for 1 month. Only 3 days after activation, immediately broke, interference and the internet died. I have submitted a complaint to the admin, I can only say sorry and it will be handled as soon as possible.
But the fact is that no technician has come to this day (it's been more than 3 days), even when a technician called, he didn't even come because of the rainy weather. I never knew that in this world there was such a thing as a raincoat.
I have often used fiber providers such as indihome, myrepublic, oxygen and even XL. But Bnetfit is the worst. So I suggest you don't use bnetfit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru berlangganan 6 hari, sudah 2 kali gangguan sampe sekarang blm juga bisa internetnya padahal sudah Bayar untuk 2 bulan kedepan. Kecewa!
Just subscribed for 6 days, there have been 2 interruptions until now I can't get internet even though I have paid for the next 2 months. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah bayar dari tanggal 19 dan sudah di minta di konfirmasi, bukti pembayaran lewat bca va ada, sampai sekarang belom ditangani .... ini namanya main2 gak serius menangani, pelayanan gak jelas hanya diminta menunggu, sampai sekarang malah wifi di block

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masukan aja, komplai hanya di playanan saja saya penguna sejak 2019an semakin bnyak pemakai kenapa semakin menurun kinerja y,setiap kerusakan (los) lamban sekali untuk teknisi y datang dan mengecek,bisa sampai 4 hari tangapan admin hanya dsuruh tunggu2 trus.kalau ada costumer agak bawel ya di maklumin karna kn kita bayar. Pegawai office dan admin y krang ramah jadi maklum kalau sy berhenti berlangganan.
