Saat masuk wajib menggunakan masker dan prokes dijalankan dengan cukup baik.
Pelayanan oleh staff ramah, helpful dan informatif.
Proses pembukaan rekening masih terlalu banyak mengisi data secara manual. Syarat untuk buka rekening adalah membawa eKTP, mengisi formulir dan menyerahkan sejumlah uang untuk simpanan pokok dan wajib, minimal 50rb Rupiah untuk pembukaan rekening di awal. Untuk deposito syariah mulai dari 1juta Rupiah.
Semoga di masa mendatang bisa lebih baik lagi.
