- several restaurants outside but a bit expensive
- AC lounge with TV & free mineral water glass.
- toilets with little praying area
No ticket reservation required. Just go show and ride.
If the passengers are too many, there is a queue system implemented. Ask the security at their guard post the queue number. Riding a bus will be based on the number Ascending.

The place is more like public, ticketing inside the bus, restroom facilities and it's near to Busway route (Cawang Uki).
