★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah dari tgl 9 september 2019 biznet di gedung perkantoran taman melati, lumpuh. Ada kompensasi ga nih kerugian kami, kerjaan terbengkalai krn down nya biznet,kl dihitung materialnya sdh puluhan juta hilang.

Not recommended, harga dinaikin tanpa ada bukti kalau speed dinaikin, tetap saja lambat dan kebanyakan waktu tidak bisa dipakai.
Customer service udah seperti robot, sdmua masalah cuma bisa dijawab dengan mohon maaf, maaf ini dan maaf itu. Tidak ada bantuan yang sebenarnya dan hanya menghabiskan waktu dan pulsa saja untuk menelpon mereka. Beda customer service beda jawaban seperti dari manajemen sudah disuruh untuk mengarang saja customer servicenya.
Pernah mau 2 minggu tidak bisa di pakai, mereka akui ada masalah di jalur distribusi tetapi tidak diberikan kompensasi sama sekali.
Kalau bisa pakai provider lain, selamatkan diri anda JANGAN PAKAI BIZNET!

Not recommended, the price is raised without any evidence that the speed is increased, it's still slow and most of the time can't be used.
Customer service is like a robot, all problems can only be answered by apologizing, sorry, and sorry. There was no real help and only spent time and credit to call them. Different customer service answers such as from management have been told to fabricate the customer service.
Never want 2 weeks can not be used, they admit there is a problem in the distribution channel but not given compensation at all.
If you can use another provider, save yourself DON'T USE BIZNET!
