★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak bagus, pengalaman saya isi di palmeru naruh galon dari hari minggu sampai hari senin ga di isi alasan karenaa belum bayar. Baru kali ini sy di gituin, sebelum di palmeru sy berlangganan di jl. Raden saleh di sana orangnya ramah2.
setelah pikir jarak dari tempat tinggal ke palmeru lebih dekat dari pada ke raden saleh, dan dalam benak saya mungkin pelayanan biru semua sama ramah2,...
Ternyata awal sy berlangganan mbaknya muka kusem ga ada senyumnya, pikir sy ahh mungkin lg badmod.. 3bulan ber jalan berlangganan sm saja, terakhir tgl 4 agust sy mau isi ulang mati lampu masal, ok sy tundah sampai senin, senin jam 9 sy balik katanya belum di isi karena mati lampu belum nyala, sy balik lagi senin jam 8 malam ternya ta belum di isi juga?,,
"Mbanya bilang air blm di isi krna blm bayar.
" Sy bilng sy kan sudah lm naruhnya. Kenapa blm di isi toh nanti ambil jg bayar.
" Sy bayar sekarang dan sekarang isi karena air di rumah sudah habis.
"Mbaknya bilang ga bisa pak air abis sudah di isi ke yg bayar lebih dulu.
" Sy kesel kenapa ga bilang dari awal klo di sini peraturanya harus bayar dulu, sy selama berlangganan di RADEN SALEH berangkat kerja naruh galon plng ambil sekalian bayar dan sy datang tinggal ambil. Ga ada aturan bayar dulu baru isi.
Intinya sy kecewa dengan pelayannan biru palmeru yg merugikan waktu sy.
Buat yg lain klo berlangganan di palmeru bayar dulu ya... Nanti galon anda2 ga di isi kaya sy.
Klo sy sudah balik lagi di jalan raden saleh orng ramah2 sy datang aja galon di sambut setelah selesai sy ga peru angkat tinggal cusss sudah di taruh di kendaraan sy..
