★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pergi ama teman saya, kami b2 pake biro jasa ini.. punya teman saya ga ada masalah, punya saya BERMASALAH, uda bayar mahal ujung2 berasa urus sendiri, ada kesalahan ga kasi lengkap dokumennya ke saya, habis tu bukannya bantu saya urus , malah saya ke sana sini bolak balik kek urus sendiri uda itu minta print lagi bukannya ditanggung malah saya bayar sendiri lagi, padahal jelas2 saya print di depan stafnya.. karna uda capek n pengen cepet n ada kerjaan jadi saya ga mw bnyk komplain lg kemarin, jadi saya komplain di sini aja ya! worth 1 star only sorry!
I went with my friend, we used this service bureau.. my friend has no problem, mine is PROBLEM, I paid a lot of money, I feel like I took care of myself, there was an error, didn't give me the complete document, after that instead of helping me take care of it, instead I went back and forth, I took care of myself, I asked to print again instead of being covered, I even paid for it myself, even though I clearly printed it in front of the staff... because I was tired and wanted to hurry up and I had work so I didn't have to complain a lot yesterday, so I'm complaining right here! worth 1 star only sorry!
