★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agen ngga punya manner, kami tanya baik baik dijawab nada tinggi, padahal kami sudah koorperatif buat nyusul ketinggalan ke pondok pinang sendiri. Agen harusnya ada daftar penumpang yang naik, manggil nama, ini engga… cuma pakai kata “njenengan mas” emang kmi tahu itu “njenengan” kami?! Sama sekali ngga merasa bersalah bikin penumpang ketinggalan. W T F!!! Ngga mau pake bus ini lagi.
The agent doesn't have manners, we asked nicely and answered in a high tone, even though we were cooperative to catch up to Pondok Pinang ourselves. The agent should have a list of passengers who boarded, call out names, isn't this... just using the word "njenengan mas" do we know it's our "njenengan"?! I don't feel guilty at all about making passengers miss. W T F!!! I don't want to use this bus again.
