★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my client is applying for an insurance policy and she need to take a medical check up. So today I went here to assist my client for a medical check up session and was impressed by the service.
Even though the lab was full but the work is systematic. Will be happy to send my clients to this lab in the future.

They still use papers and do stuff manually, why don't you spend the money we gave you to upgrade your system??!!
Waiting time is freakin too long. We waited for 2 straight hours with no certainty of when is our turn because when we ask them, the only answer came up was "we will call your name." but they can't inform how many people is before us.
We were there to get 2 treatments: blood test and x-ray. Blood test queue is like hell. We asked whether we can do the x-ray first. The registration guy said yes, but after waiting for 1.5hours, we asked again and he just looks confused and then said, "they will call your name. Just wait." -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my panoramic rontgen and lateral cephalometric projection done before elsewhere. Hands down this is the best one and highly recommended to anyone that needs it done. Receptionist/registration and the staff are friendly and welcoming when you walk inside the place.
As for me, the staff called my name right after I finished at the registration, no need to queue like for the blood test. The result also very quick, approx. 10mins only.

Some useful tips, come early at 6.30 am or you'll have to queue at the registration.

I've never see Registration took so much time, for a patient it took about 15 minutes for the to finished.
I hope they'll find an improvement for their Registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long queue just only for registration !!! I waited for an hour just to register an xray (which only take 10 minutes to execute). Totally unacceptable! Improvements required!
Positive: the staffs are friendly, facility is clean
