Good service. Tempatnya bersih, ada wifi dengan koneksi yang bagus. Ada ruang tunggu AC dan Non-AC. Dan yang paling saya suka, bengkel ini hari minggu tetap buka sampai jam 15.00. Service advisornya juga menginfokan terlebih dahulu jika ada part yang perlu diganti.
Sambil menunggu, saya bisa sambil melihat motor saya diperbaiki. Mekaniknya meski terlihat masih muda, namun tampak teliti dan berhati-hati saat pengerjaan ?

Good service. The place is clean, there is wifi with a good connection. There are AC and Non-AC waiting rooms. And what I like most, this workshop on Sundays remains open until 15.00. The service advisor also informs in advance if there are parts that need to be replaced.
While waiting, I can while watching my motorcycle repaired. Even though the mechanics look young, they seem thorough and careful when working ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berhubung Ahass langganan di seberang Hartono tutup (mungkin permanen ?), lalu cari bengkel terdekat yang ratingnya bagus.
Jarang jarang sih ada Ahass yang ratingnya hampir 5, jadi cobalah servis disini.
Lokasinya agak tricky, belok ke selatan dari persimpangan selokan mataram & Jl Tantular dengan penanda booth mister burger di ujung barat daya, masuk sekitar 75 meter, bengkel ada di timur jalan.
Tampilan luar tidak terlihat seperti bengkel, bersih (mungkin karena masih lumayan baru), ada ruang tunggu kecil, ada juga ruang tunggu ber AC dan TV, lumayan daripada bengong bisa sambil nonton FTV ?. Free teh botol untuk setiap servis motor. Disediakan juga dispenser + kopi & teh. Wifi gratis.
Resepsionis melayani dengan bagus, keluhan dicatat dan dikroscek sekaligus memberi saran. Ada beberapa usul penggantian part dari teknisi yang masih relevan dengan keluhan dan dikonfirmasikan ke pelanggan, tidak diganti juga tidak masalah. Harga part dikroscek dengan harga online masih sepadan, hanya berselisih sekian ribu tidak di markup berlebihan. Setelah servis, motor dicuci ringan & garansi servis 1 minggu.
Sejauh ini semua keluhan sudah dikerjakan dengan baik dan harga layanan & part masih masuk akal. Ada masa promosi juga diskon 20 persen biaya servis untuk servis jam 07.30-09.30. Semoga bisa mempertahankan kualitas layanannya jika nanti masih balik kesini, kemungkinan sih bakal balik lagi ?
Since the Ahass subscription opposite Hartono is closed (perhaps permanently ), then look for the nearest repair shop with a good rating.

The location is a bit tricky, turn south from the junction of the sewers of Mataram & Jl. Tantular with the Mister Burger booth marker at the southwest end, enter about 75 meters, the workshop is on the east side of the road.
The outside doesn't look like a workshop, it's clean (perhaps because it's still fairly new), there's a small waiting room, there's also a waiting room with AC and TV, it's better than being dumb while watching FTV . Free bottled tea for every motorbike service. A dispenser + coffee & tea is also provided. Free wifi.
The receptionist served well, complaints were recorded and checked as well as giving suggestions. There are several suggestions for replacing parts from technicians that are still relevant to the complaint and confirmed to the customer, not being replaced is also not a problem. The part price checked with the online price is still worth it, only a few thousand differences, not excessive markup. After service, the motor is lightly washed & 1 week service warranty.
So far all complaints have been handled well and the service & parts prices are still reasonable. There is a promotion period as well as a 20 percent discount on service fees for services at 07.30-09.30. Hopefully they can maintain the quality of their service if they come back here later, it's possible that they will come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel resmi Honda rekomendasi temen, baru 8 bulanan berdiri menurut CS-nya. Mekaniknya 3 orang, tapi tenang sudah berpengalaman dan di stock dari bengkel pusat. Letaknya lumayan tersembunyi jika kurang cermat pas lagi nyari. Parkiran lumayan luas. Bagian reservasi cukup strategis, ruang tunggunya juara terdiri ruangan AC & non- AC dilengkapi Wi-fi gratis. Soal pelayanan menurut saya detail teliti semuanya di cek, bahkan CS-nya memberikan solusi alternatif untuk permasalahan sparepart. Setelah motor diservis akan dicuci ringan. Soal harga lumayan. Pelanggan mendapatkan garansi service selama 1 minggu terhitung mulai hari servicenya. Well done saya puas dengan pelayanannya dan tetap jaga kualitas ?
The official Honda workshop, recommended by a friend, has only been established for 8 months according to its CS. The mechanics are 3 people, but calm, experienced and in stock from the central workshop. The location is quite hidden if you are not careful when looking for it. Parking is quite spacious. The reservation section is quite strategic, the waiting room is champion consisting of AC & non-AC rooms equipped with free Wi-fi. In terms of service, in my opinion, everything is carefully checked, even the CS provides alternative solutions for spare parts problems. After the motor is serviced it will be lightly washed. The price is decent. Customers get a service warranty for 1 week starting from the day of service. Well done I am satisfied with the service and keep the quality ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 15 april 2022 service motor antri dari jam 10.30 baru mulai dikerjakan jam 14.40, setiap ada orang datang yg mau benerin motornya dengan waktu pengerjaan yg tidak memakan waktu lama selalu didahulukan tanpa memikirkan orang yg sudah antri lama, seharusnya siapa yg datang dan antri lebih dahulu itu yg dikerjakan dilayanai terlebih dahulu, untuk staf yg jaga pada tgl ini harus diberi arahan agar lebih profesional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah cari bengkel buka hari minggu, jadi kesini terbantu banget sih. Awalnya mau servis & ganti oli, tapi krn datang jam 1 jadi cuma bisa ganti oli. Waktunya gak cukup buat servis, teknisi terbatas. So far, pelayanan ramah, ruang tunggu nyaman. ?
It's hard to find a workshop open on Sundays, so coming here is really helpful. At first I wanted to service & change the oil, but because it came at 1 o'clock I could only change the oil. Time is not enough for service, technicians are limited. So far, friendly service, comfortable waiting room. ?
