Sangat tidak jujur! Saya Bulan december cari ke toko Bintang Jaya Motor sparepart catalytic converter dgn Part Number 1584A449 untuk Pajero 2012. Sang Cici si Owner Toko bilang dia punya barangnya, tapi harus PO, tunggu 3 hari hingga 1 minggu. Dia bilang karena barang PO dari pabrik Mitsubishi, maka Full Payment di muka diperlukan. Full Payment sebesar 4.050.000 kami lakukan di tgl 7December. Setelah lewat 1 minggu, dibilang belum dipesankan. Lewat 1 minggu lagi dibilang sudah dipesankan tapi menunggu 1 minggu. Setelah minggu depannya bilang lagi kena libur panjang akhir tahun sehingga minta kita tunggu sampai setelah slesai liburan yaitu bulan Januari. Setelah masuk bulan januari, kami telpon lgi, katanya masih menunggu, tunggu seminggu lagi. Setiap minggu selalu ditelpon, dan jawabannya adalah β€œminggu depan, minggu depan, orderan banyak, indent, bla3”. Hingga pada akhirnya pada tgl 25Januari dia baru bilang, barangnya tidak ada. Dan dia bilang akan mengembalikan uang nya sbesar 4.050.000. Tapi dari sejak hari itu, hampir setiap hari saya minta uang dikembalikan, selalu ada saja alasannya. β€œnanti”, β€œsiangan”, β€œsaya lagi di jalan”, β€œtunggu saya ke atm”, β€œsaya lagi makan”, β€œtar, besok”, keluar segala macam alasan, tapi tidak kunjung dibayar, padahal tinggal melakukan m-banking saja. Saya tau di punya M-Banking karena pada tanggal 20Feb dia hanya mengembalikan sebagian sbanyak 2,000,000, dan mengirimkan screenshot bukti m-banking. Kemudian setelah itu pun, si Cici owner toko mengelak lagi, hingga lewat 2 hari, menghindar tidak menjawab telepon atau bahkan me-reject telepon. Hari ini sudah Februari tanggal 22 Februari malam, masih saja tetap tidak dibayar. Jadi hati2 dengan toko Bintang Jaya Motor ini. Sangat sangat tidak direkomendasikan, karena owner tidak jujur, dan menahan uang orang yang seharusnya bukan hak dia. Dan menghindar ketika ditagih, bahkan pernah saya lagi bicara di telepon, dia hang-up teleponnya. Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya, karena di awal saya percaya dia dengan melakukan Full payment di depan. Tapi pada akhirnya, Owner malah menghindar tidak mau mengembalikan uang. Hati-hati semuanya!!
Very dishonest! I was in December looking for Bintang Jaya Motor store for catalytic converter spare parts with Part Number 1584A449 for Pajero 2012. The Owner Cici said he had the goods, but had to PO, wait 3 days to 1 week. He said because of the PO items from the Mitsubishi factory, Full Payment in advance was needed. Full Payment of 4,050,000, we did it on the 7th of December. After 1 week, it is said that it has not been ordered. One more week is said to have been ordered but waiting 1 week. After the next week, I said I was having a long holiday at the end of the year, so we have to wait until after the holiday break is in January. After entering January, we call Lgi, he said he is still waiting, wait for another week. Every week is always called, and the answer is "next week, next week, lots, indent, blah3". Until finally on January 25 he just said, the item was not there. And he said he would return the money of 4,050,000. But from that day on, almost every day I ask for money to be returned, there are always reasons. "Later", "bro", "I'm on the road", "wait for me to go to the atm", "I eat again", "tar, tomorrow", all sorts of excuses come out, but don't get paid, even though I just do m-banking just. I know I have M-Banking because on 20Feb he only returned some 2,000,000, and sent screenshots of m-banking evidence. Then after that, the Cici shop owner dodged again, until it passed 2 days, avoiding not answering the phone or even rejecting the phone. Today is February 22nd night, still not paid. Be careful with this Bintang Jaya Motor shop. It is very not recommended, because the owner is dishonest, and holds the money of a person that should not be his right. And avoiding being billed, even when I once spoke on the phone, he hung up the phone. I was very disappointed with his service, because at the beginning I believed him by doing Full payment up front. But in the end, the Owner actually avoided not wanting to return the money. Be careful of all !!

PARAH!!!! Semoga gak terjadi pd pembeli lain. Beli ori, dimasukin barang KW kedalam dua nya. Dibilang barang ORI, Pas dipasang rodanya goyang, pas dilepas lg semuanya berhamburan. Sumpah jahat banget.
CRITICAL!!!! Hopefully not happen pd other buyers. Buy ori, inserted into two of its goods KW. Arguably goods ORI, Rocking snugly fitted wheels, removable fitting lg all scattered. Very evil oath.

Hati - hati kalau bertransaksi di toko ini. Saya pesan dpare part di toko ini karena mereka bilang barangnya bisa dipesan, awalnya diinfokan harga 1.500.000, lalu saya diminta DP 1juta. Dijanjikan barang tersedia 1 minggu kerja. Sudah 1 minggu di telpon bilangnya masih diorder, 1 minggu kemudian di tlp masih belum ada kejelasan juga. Setelah lewat dari 2 minggu akhirnya diinfokan kalo barangnya ada. Dibilang harganya 2juta, jadi saya harus transfer kekurangannya sebesar 1 juta lagi. Saya minta dikirimkan foto barangnya tapi gak dikirim kirim. Akhirnya saya putuskan buat ambil barangnya ke toko. Pas saya tanya mereka bilang ini barangnya sudah sesuai dengan pesanana saya. Karena saya awam saya langsung bayar pelunasannya yaitu sebesar 1 juta. setelah saya bawa kabel body tsb ke bengkel ternyata kabek tersebut UNTUK MOBIL LAIN DAN TIDAK SESUAI DENGAN PESANAN SAYA. Ok saya tidak masalah dengan barang yg salah tsb, tetapi yg saya permasalahkan adalah KENAPA MEMBOHONGI PELANGGAN DAN MEMBERIKAN BARANG YG BERBEDA DENGAN HARGA YANG SANGAT TIDAK WAJAR. Kalau kalian niat berbisnis ambil untung sewajarnya saja lah.

Ok, I don't have a problem with the wrong item, but what I have a problem with is WHY LIE CUSTOMERS AND GIVE DIFFERENT ITEMS AT VERY UNREASONABLE PRICES. If you want to do business, just make a profit.
