★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, ayah saya sakit kencing batu setelah hampir 2 bulan sudah minum banyak obat dari dokter, dan setelah berobat kesini dokter endar, berangsur enakan dan ada perubahan. Alhamdulillah skrng bisa aktivitas kembali. Pelayanannya juga bagus, detail dijelasin sama dokter endarnya.
Alhamdulillah, my father was sick with stones after almost 2 months of taking a lot of medicine from the doctor, and after going to the doctor, Endar, he felt better and there were changes. Alhamdulillah, now we can return to activity. The service is also good, the details are explained by the end doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harus diakui ini klinik termasuk ramai, pasti karena sudah lama punya rekam jejak pelayanan yg bagus.
Direkomendasi awal dari saudara yg tinggal cukup jauh dari sini. Untuk lahan parkir sempit ya, hanya muat 1 mobil (udah dipakai buat mobil si dokter). Jadi saran lebih baik bawa motor, parkir motor 2 baris jajar silang.
Buka dokter sekitar jam 7 pagi, nah klo diharuskan cek darah, petugas cek darah nya ini ternyata datang jam 9 pagi. Pengalaman waktu itu kami harus tunggu dokter labolatorium 2 jam lamanya.
Sistem antrian bisa dikatakan buruk lah. Masuk kasih kartu pasien (buat yg udah bikin), duduk tunggu panggilan. Untuk dokternya sangat ramah. Fyi ini dokter Endar ya. Entah dokter lain bagaimana. Tapi dr. Endar punya jadwal hanya 2 hari non tugas seminggu.
Selesai cek, kasih resep ke admin lagi. Disuruh tunggu lagi. Ruang tunggu termasuk kecil. Mau nunggu diluar, sayang panggilan nya ga bakal kedengeran dari luar. Jadi harus nunggu di dalam klo ga mau terlewat. Seharusnya ada perbaikan dalam system antrian ini. Apalagi lagi pandemi covid 19 gini.
Kemudian ambil obat, sayangnya hanya bisa bayar tunai. Dan nota yg keluar hanya tertulis: biaya konsul sekian + total semua obat sekian. Tanpa ada rincian berapa biaya tiap obat!!! Jadi ga tau nama nama obatnya!!!
Tambahan per tulisan ini ditulis: disini ga bisa tes rapid dan ga bisa ronsen.

Open the doctor around 7 in the morning, so if you have to check the blood, the blood check officer turns out to be coming at 9 in the morning. At that time, we had to wait for the laboratory doctor for 2 hours.
The queuing system can be said to be bad. Enter, give the patient card (for those who have made it), sit down and wait for the call. The doctor is very friendly. Fyi, this is Doctor Endar. I don't know what other doctors do. But dr. Endar has a schedule of only 2 non-assignment days a week.
After checking, give the recipe to the admin again. Was told to wait some more. The reception area is small. Want to wait outside, unfortunately the call won't be heard from outside. So you have to wait inside if you don't want to be missed. There should be some improvement in this queuing system. Moreover, the Covid 19 pandemic like this.
Then take the medicine, unfortunately you can only pay in cash. And the note that comes out is only written: that is the consul fee + the total of all the drugs. Without any details on how much each drug costs !!! So don't know the name of the medicine !!!

Nunggu Farmasi nya yg lamaa.
Salah satu Dokternya agak jutek.
Tp smoga aja cocok sama pengobataannya

Pas kesana d layani doktr dian,suruh cek darah dn lab dan hasilnya sgt cukup kurang baik dn dharuskn ke rs dn doktr spes anak krn paru2 yg kena ..pas balik lgi kontrol yg nanganin dr endar krn sya gk tau jdwal doktr beda beda Alhmdllh 3 kali kontrol dinyatakan sembuh total,Alhmdllh maksih bgt sama dr endar anak sya sekrng sehat sperti anak yg lain gk pernh sakit sakitan lagi ..semoga panjang umur dok sehat dn berkah

Mungkin yang perlu ditingkatkan pelayanan nya aja
Nunggu berobat 2jam karna rame memang ,mohon di tingkatkan biar lebih cepat pelayanannya .
