★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called bimasena and talked to the staff name Nuri. Asked for the updated price thus when i called her back and about to book the spa package, she said the price has been increased.. well, she provided me the price list just an hour before through my email. Thought this is 5 star hotel but the service not even better than 2 star hotel. First step you need to do is simply check everything before you send it to your client or potential customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and very friendly staff. Always use this place for company meeting and event. They need to improve their parking though. Very limited space and sometime we cannot get parking space and have park outside.

This exclusive club offers a restaurant (Japanese), nice meeting spaces with daylight, an expansive gym as well as an indoor pool on the top floor. On the 3rd floor, there is a spa that offers the normal massage treatments as well as steam baths, sauna, hot & cold tubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice space but the air ventilation in the function room can be improved. Could get quite stuffy when u have the chef grilled the yakiniku in the room and tons of guests in there. Reception area can get very cramped when u have guest in groups.
