Kontrak di awal sama pelanggan juga harus dijelaskan secara lisan, jgn cm suruh tanda tangan, kebanyakan pelanggan pun orang tua, mana mungkin mereka paham. Jangan cuma menarik keuntungan sebesar besarnya, memanfaatkan kebodohan masyarakat. Kecewa
