1. Pelanggan diminta menunggu hingga 5 jam tanpa tanpa tau kondisi motor
2. Motor saya datang dengan 6 motor lainnya, dan telah selesai diservice semua, sedangkan motor saya di diamkan saja
3. Petugas tidak korporatif, saya menanyakan kondisi motor saya, tetap diminta menunggu
 Very very bad service. I just want normal service and oil change
1. Customers are asked to wait up to 5 hours without knowing the condition of the motor
2. My motorbike came with 6 other motorbikes, and all of them have been serviced, while my motorbike has been left alone
3. Officers are not cooperative, I asked the condition of my motorbike, still asked to wait

The mechanic is lazy to disassemble my motorbike, Jupiter MX King. As long as I guess it's hard to say... then I asked to adjust the clutch and brake... as a result, the coping settings were lost, the brakes stuck... I took it to another workshop where the mechanic set it, and the workshop said others.. then adjust the brakes instead of the bolts, stack...... I don't want to go there anymore...
