Saya taruh sepeda untuk service Rabu 12 Agustus 2020, hari ini 14 Agustus 2020 tidak ada informasi update apakah sepeda saya sudah selesai. Service ganti kampas rem dan kalibrasi ulang. Apa susahnya telpon dan kasih kabar? Toh saya taruh nomor telpon saya. Saya kecewa dengan bike colony bintaro!

I put my bicycle for service Wednesday, August 12, 2020, today August 14 2020 there is no update information on whether my bike has been completed. Service replace brake pads and recalibrate. Is it difficult to call and give news? After all, I put my phone number. I am disappointed with the Bintaro colony bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited bike products and accessories. A pannier bike bag was discounted 40% off of retail but the bag looks it was used or came from a garbage can. Come on guys, you can do better than that, sell discontinued items that is broken.
