★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niat awalnya ngekos disini cuma buat sementara doang. Tapi semakin lama semakin nyaman dan enak ngekos disini. Internet kenceng, yang jaga kosan (bang rahman & mba nur) super baik dan friendly. Mba nur nya juga menerima jasa nyuciin pakaian, jadi ga perlu repot2 nyari londrian, pulang kerja pakaian udah rapih & harum. Lokasi juga pas banget, deket daerah perkantoran dengan harga yang masuk akal ??????
Udah lengkap sama CCTV juga yang dipantau sama Ibu Kos, jadi faktor keamanan sudah pasti jos ??

The location is also really right, close to office areas at a reasonable price ??????
Already complete with CCTV as well as being monitored by Mrs. Kos, so the security factor is definitely good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kosannya bagus, bersih,dekte mana mana. dengan harga segitu murah. ada dapur buat masak, ada jemuran luas, tetangga deket kosan juga baik baik. ada cctvnya jadi aman bangettt.
the boarding house is nice, clean, dictation is everywhere. at such a low price. there is a kitchen for cooking, there is a large clothesline, neighbors near the boarding house are also good. there is cctv so it's very safe.
