from check-ups to the birth of our first child here. normal birth, thank God the child & mother are healthy. the service is very good. midwives & assistants are more informative than obstetricians in hospitals. it's real

Tidak menghargai pasien sama sekali
Saya sama istri saya datang mau suntik kb jam 20.30 di bell beberapa kali tapi tidak ada 1 orang pun yg keluar buat temuin pasien di papan pengumuman tertulis jam operasional sore pkl. 16.00-21.00
tapi jam 20.30 saya dan istri saya kesana malah tidak di respon
Terdengar suara dari dalam seperti orang sedang bicara suruh datang besok pagi atau bisa di bilang di tolak
maksud saya kalau mau tolak buka pintu temuin pasien bicara langsung ke pasien jgn dari dalam kamar, etika di pakai buat pasien karna pasien datang buat berobat itu bawa duit dan bayar bukan pasien datang seperti pengemis!!!!!!!!!! Bobrok
Very dilapidated service
No respect for patients at all
My wife and I came to give birth control at 20.30 at the bell several times but no one came out to meet the patient on the notice board that said the operating hours were in the afternoon. 16.00-21.00
but at 20.30 my wife and I went there instead of getting a response
There was a voice from inside like someone was talking to come tomorrow morning or you could say it was rejected
I mean if you want to refuse to open the door, meet the patient, talk directly to the patient, not from inside the room, ethics are used for patients because patients who come for treatment bring money and pay, not patients come like beggars!!!!!!!!!! Dilapidated
