★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, pro normal, tp kalo mengharuskan sc di klinik ini ada kerjasama dg bbrp rumah sakit terdekat dan diantar langsung ke rsnya. Pelayanan cepat dan profesional bgtttt. Bu bidan rina nya pinter banget. Semua keluhan bumil dan debay bisa teratasi, keren bgt. Di klinik ini juga ada bbrp ruang pasca melahirkan mulai dr vvip, vip, kelas 1 dan kelas 2. Ada baby spa, momy spa jd setelah melahirkan ada fasilitas perawatan kecantikan buat mom dan utk debaynya ada baby spanya, dokter umum, dokter gigi. Btw di sini bisa usg jg lohh. Dan ada dokter kandungannya jg di hari tertentu. Lengkap banget. Kalo masalah harga dijamin sangat bersabat :)
The service is friendly, pro normal, but if you require SC in this clinic there is cooperation with some of the closest hospitals and delivered directly to the hospital. Fast and professional service. Mrs. Midwife Rina is very smart. All pregnant and debay complaints can be resolved, so cool. In this clinic there are also several postpartum spaces starting from VVIP, VIP, Class 1 and Class 2. There is a baby spa, momy spa so after giving birth there are beauty care facilities for mom and for the baby there are spanya, general practitioner, dentist. Btw here it can be ultrasound too. And there are also obstetricians on certain days. Very complete. If the problem is guaranteed price is very friendly :)

Pelayanannya bagus, staffnya ramah-ramah, selalu dikasih 1 bungkus roti dan air mineral setiap mau periksa.
Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, ada bidan, dokter umum, dokter gigi, spa baby, senam hamil, dan USG ditanggal dan hari tertentu dll.
Harganya juga terjangkau menurut ku.
Sebenarnya saya suka dan ingin periksa rutin di bidan ini, cuma beberapa kali dateng kesini untuk USG, dokternya selalu telat datengnya.
Dan ga sebentar telatnya, di jadwal jam 19.30, tapi jam 21.30 blm juga dateng, padahal udah telat 2 jam...
Padahal yg mau USG itu rame & antri banget, jadi kebayang deh lamanya.
Dan durasinya periksanya juga sebentar banget, ga worth it aja sih menurutku sama waktu nunggunya..
Dan dr yg aku liat, setiap dokter datengnya telat, staff ga bisa kasih info yg jelas. Nunggu ditanya dulu baru bilang, "iya, td sdh ditelfon, katanya baru keluar dr RS, bla bla bla..."
Hemm..
Terakhir dateng kesini, aku cancel, soalnya telat udah 2 jam dan pas ditanya, katanya baru keluar dr RS dokternya, dan itu udah jam 21.30, mau sampe jam berapa?
Udah keburu capek & ngantuk nunggu dokternya..
Itu aja sih minusnya...

The service is good, the staff is friendly, always given 1 pack of bread and mineral water every time you want to check.
The facilities are quite complete, there are midwives, general practitioners, dentists, baby spas, pregnancy exercises, and ultrasound on certain dates and days etc.
The price is also affordable in my opinion.
Actually, I like and want to have regular check-ups at this midwife, only to come here a few times for ultrasound, the doctor is always late.
And it's not too late, the schedule is at 19.30, but at 21.30 it hasn't arrived yet, even though it's already 2 hours late...
Even though those who want an ultrasound are very busy and queues, so you can imagine how long it takes.
And the duration of the check is also very short, just not worth it, in my opinion, the waiting time..
And from what I see, every doctor comes late, the staff can't give clear information. Wait to be asked first then say, "yes, no call, he said he just got out of the hospital, blah blah blah..."
Hmm..
The last time I came here, I canceled, because I was 2 hours late and when asked, he said he just got out of the doctor's hospital, and it was already 21.30, what time would you like to arrive
Already tired & sleepy waiting for the doctor..
