★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman ini bersifat personal. Apa yang saya alami mungkin bisa jadi berbeda dengan orang lain. Tadinya ke sini mau cari bidan buat lahiran. Datang dari usia kandungan muda. Kesan pertama untuk tempatnya cukup baik, tempat besar, bersih, nyaman dan diiringi murottal. Datang ke sana karena banyak yg rekomendasi. Tapi kesan itu hilang ketika dilayani asisten bu Devi. Tidak ramah, tidak ada basa-basi dan minim etika. Kami menunggu diluar, alih2 diminta masuk dengan baik kami hanya diketok2 dari jendela dalam. Minum penjelasan jg. Sayang sekali kalau citra bidan Devi yang cukup baik jadi jelek karena pelayanan asistennya. Semoga keramah tamahannya bisa ditingkatkan
This experience is personal. What I experienced may be different from others. I was here to find a midwife for delivery. Coming from a young age. The first impression for the place is quite good, the place is big, clean, comfortable and accompanied by murottal. Came there because there were many recommendations. But the impression was lost when served by Mrs. Devi's assistant. Unfriendly, no small talk and minimal ethics. We waited outside, instead of being asked to enter properly we were only knocked from the inside window. Drink explanation too. It's a shame that midwife Devi's pretty good image has turned ugly because of her assistant's services. Hopefully the hospitality can be improved
